SOFT PLYO BOX

Soft Plyo box is a piece of equipment made up of three gymnastics boxes which can be used individually or incorporated as needed to match the training and the enthusiasm of the athlete. The sides of the boxes are covered with polyurethane, ensuring anti-scuffing measures, and the tops of the boxes are covered with an anti-slip covering. Each box has velcro straps which may be used to attach to another box creating new structures. The Soft Plyo box is used for general fitness and conditioning exercises, plyometrical training and improving jumping abilities.
