FUNCTIONAL TRAINING

Functional Training is an intense training which is to universally strengthen the muscles by imitating movements we would make in the course of an average day. This will allow us to gain more flexibility and strengthen our body. The equipment and the accessories available to use during functional trainings accentuate the comprehensive assortment each fitness club and gym offers their clients. In the Functional Training area there may be kettlebells, FitBags, balance steps and slam balls.
